Generally

• the driver must be  at least 23 years old and have held a driver’s license for at least 5 years

• A security deposit of at least CHF 3,000 is required depending on the type of car required for the rental

• The rental payment must be paid in advance and can be paid in cash or by credit card or bank transfer, as well as for the amount of the deposit.

• Both the minimum age and the amount of the deposit may vary according to the type of car required

 Booking cancellation

• In case of cancellation of an already confirmed reservation, the payment of 30% of the contracted rental value is required

• cancellation within 5 days prior to the start of the rental requires full payment of the rental even if it has not been made

Excluded from the rental cost 

• Fuel, fines and insurance deductibles

Delivery and recovery of the vehicle

• Free of charge at the Grono location 

• Other locations in Switzerland: CHF 2.50/km  

Insurance:

• the customer is responsible for all accidental damages up to the amount of the deductible

• The following damage is not covered by insurance: damage to the rims and/or tires, hood, roof, mirrors, interior trim, gearbox, clutch, underbody, etc… 

• In the event of an accident with the driver’s fault, the days of immobilization of the vehicle will be billed.

• The responsibility of the customer can go up to the full coverage of the value of the vehicle
